Each collection interprets this innovation differently: premium leather luxury in House of Alimena, contemporary alternatives in Vitale, and practical transparency in DivideNPac.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Can I pre-order upcoming collections?

Absolutely. Pre-orders require a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipping. You may cancel before shipping without penalty—we understand plans change.

Where do you ship?

We deliver throughout the United States, U.S. territories, and internationally to Canada, the UK, and the EU via our trusted partners UPS (domestic) and DHL (international).

What are your shipping options?

Domestic (USA):

  • Standard (5-7 business days) - FREE on orders over $100
  • Expedited (2-3 business days)

International:

  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • UK & EU: 10-14 business days

How long does order processing take?

Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging. We want you to love your by Myriad piece, and we make returns straightforward when something isn't quite right.

What items are final sale?

  • Limited Edition collections
  • Gift cards
  • DivideNPac food-grade bags (health and safety)
  • Items without tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 15 days

How do I initiate a return?

Email returns@bymyriad.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return authorization and instructions—please don't ship anything without this confirmation.

Refund or store credit?

The choice is yours:

  • Store Credit: Full value, no deductions (our recommended option)
  • Original Payment Refund: Item price minus 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs

Refunds process within 5-7 business days; store credit issues within 3 business days.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU through DHL Worldwide.

Who handles customs and duties?

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These vary by country and are beyond our control.

Can international customers return items?

Yes, our 15-day policy applies globally. International customers cover all return shipping and customs costs.

How do I care for my leather bags?

Premium Leather (House of Alimena):

Napa Leather:

  • Extra gentle care required for this buttery-soft leather
  • Use specialized napa leather conditioner
  • Store away from rough surfaces that could scratch
  • Handle with clean, dry hands to prevent oil transfer

How do I care for my vegan leather and nylon bags?

Vegan Leather & Nylon (Vitale):

  • Wipe clean with slightly damp cloth
  • Air dry completely before storage
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents
  • Store in cool, dry place

Metallic Vegan Leather (Special Care): Our metallic vegan pieces feature a delicate finish that evolves with use. Light scratching or creasing may develop over time, especially with regular handling or contact with abrasive surfaces. These changes aren't defects—they're part of your bag's unique patina. Handle gently to preserve the metallic finish. Note: refunds or exchanges cannot be issued once used.

How do I care for silver hardware?

  • Polish gently with soft jewelry cloth
  • Store with anti-tarnish strips
  • Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and moisture
  • Natural patina over time adds character

Can I overstuff my bags?

Please respect your bag's intended capacity. Our compartments are precisely designed for optimal organization—overstuffing compromises both structure and warranty coverage. Think of it as honoring the design's intention while protecting your investment.

How do I care for my DivideNPac bags?

General Care:

  • Wash with mild soap and warm water
  • Air dry completely before use
  • Safety Notice: Never microwave or expose to boiling water—zippers and hardware can become dangerously hot

Weight & Usage Guidelines: To ensure longevity:

  • Maximum weight: 4 kg (8.8 lbs)
  • Avoid sharp objects
  • Lift carefully—no dragging or dropping
  • Don't overfill
  • Keep away from extreme heat, moisture, or prolonged sun

Health & Safety: DivideNPac bags designed for food storage cannot be returned—even if unused. This protects all customers from potential allergen exposure.

Warranty & Quality

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects—faulty stitching, hardware issues, or material flaws under normal use.

What's not covered by warranty?

  • Normal wear and patina
  • Damage from overstuffing or misuse
  • Water damage or extreme conditions
  • Accidents, spills, or tears
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Using bags beyond intended purpose
  • Overloading beyond weight limits

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact info@bymyriad.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund—no restocking fees, and we cover all shipping.
