Return and Refund Policy

At by Myriad (operated by DivideNPac LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your handbag and organizer bag purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn - Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or use
- Original condition - Items must be in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging - Items must be returned in original packaging, dust bags, and boxes
- Tags attached - All original tags, labels, and authenticity cards must remain attached
- No alterations - Items must not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
Inspection Process
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Sale items and discounted merchandise - All items purchased at a discount, during sales, or with promotional codes
- Personalized or customized items - Any handbags or organizer bags that have been personalized, monogrammed, or customized
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@bymyriad.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if claiming defect or damage)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely package the item in original packaging
- Include the return authorization number
- Ship using our provided instructions
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refund Calculation
Your refund will be calculated as follows:
- Original purchase price
- Minus 15% restocking fee
- Minus original shipping costs
- Minus return shipping costs (unless item was defective or incorrectly shipped)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only:
- Credit/debit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
- Other payment methods: Processing time varies
Example Refund Calculation
- Original Purchase: $100.00
- Original Shipping: $8.00
- Return Shipping: $12.00
- Restocking Fee (15%): $15.00
- Refund Amount: $65.00
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for your desired item
- Both transactions will be processed separately
Defective or Incorrect Items
Our Responsibility
If you receive a defective item or we shipped the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- No restocking fee will be applied
- We cover return shipping costs
- We cover replacement shipping costs

Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective upon arrival
- We shipped the incorrect item
- We made an error in fulfilling your order
Shipping Recommendations
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Purchase shipping insurance for valuable items
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed
- We recommend signature confirmation for items over $100
Lost Returns
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Always use tracking and consider insurance for valuable items.
International Returns

International customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs and customs fees
- Any duties or taxes imposed by customs
- Ensuring items clear customs successfully

- International returns may take longer to process
- Customs forms must be completed accurately
- We cannot control customs processing times
Sale Items Policy
All sale items, discounted merchandise, and items purchased with promotional codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason.
This includes but is not limited to:
- End-of-season clearance items
- Flash sale purchases
- Items purchased with discount codes
- Promotional or gift-with-purchase items
