Returns Made Simple
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 15 days of delivery. Your item needs to be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
What can't be returned?
- Sale items & discounted merchandise - All final sale, sorry!
- Limited Edition collections - These special pieces are final sale
- Gift cards - These are non-refundable once purchased
- DivideNPac food-grade bags - Final sale
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing any signs of wear or damage
How do I start a return?
Super easy! Just email us at returns@bymyriad.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if there's a defect or damage)
We'll send you return instructions and authorization - don't ship anything back without this!
What about refunds vs. store credit?
You choose:
- Store credit: Full item value, no deductions (our favorite option!)
- Refund to original payment: Item price minus 15% restocking fee, return shipping costs, and original shipping costs
How long until I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take 5-7 business days to process. Store credit is issued within 3 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to show the refund.
Do you do exchanges?
We don't do direct exchanges, but here's what works great: return your original item and place a new order for what you want. Both get processed super quickly!
Defective or Wrong Items
I received a damaged or wrong item - what now?
Oh no! Email us at info@bymyriad.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll make it right immediately - no restocking fees, and we'll cover all shipping costs.
What We Cover (And What We Don't)
Manufacturing defects? Absolutely covered!
If there's a flaw in materials or craftsmanship - stitching issues, hardware problems, or material defects - we'll make it right.
Wear from use? That's on you
We can't accept returns for damage from:
- Overpacking or overstuffing - our compartments have limits!
- Normal wear and tear - scuffs, scratches from regular use
- Improper storage - tarnished hardware, water damage, etc.
- Accidents - spills, tears, or other mishaps
- Misuse - using bags for unintended purposes
Think of it this way: we guarantee our craftsmanship, but we can't guarantee how the bag is treated after it leaves us!
