6. Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your handbag or organizer bag immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any shipping-related damages.
6.3 International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery times for handbags and organizer bags shipped internationally.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for unused handbags and organizer bags in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
7.2 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be reduced by original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or customized handbags and organizer bags
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging or tags

We stand behind the quality of our handbags and organizer bags. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care.
