At by Myriad, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure you receive your order promptly—whether you're in the U.S. or anywhere around the world.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days
  • Expedited Orders: Prioritized processing within 1-2 business days

Note: Processing time is the time between when we receive your order and when it ships. Orders placed after 12 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Domestic Shipping (United States via UPS, USPS)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
    • FREE standard shipping on orders over $100
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment

Order Restrictions & Special Considerations

What We Don't Ship

  • We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $500 require signature upon delivery
  • You may request signature confirmation for any order

Shipping During Peak Times

Please allow extra time during:

  • Holiday seasons (November-December)
  • Sale events
  • New product launches
  • Severe weather conditions

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@bymyriad.com
  3. Keep all packaging materials for carrier claims

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Email us at orders@bymyriad.com within 5 business days

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
